Description: The scope of work consists of (1) removing disposing of and two existing HVAC units (Bard Model WAG 30A-A541), (2) installing two new HVAC units with a minimum SEER of 12, (3) installing new programmable thermostats, and (4) performance testing of the new system. The solicitation will be issued approximately 2/15/06 with proposals due approximately 3/2/06. The solicitation will be posted to this website. No hard copies of the solicitation will be provided. The relevant NAICs code is 238220. The corresponding size standard is $13.0 million.
