Description

The U.S. Fish & Wildlife Service is requesting proposals for the renovation of a laboratory building at the National Conservation Training Center in Shepherdstown, West Virginia. The required renovation is primarily mechanical in nature, consisting of the installation of two new air handling units and exhaust fans; installation of new, and alteration of existing, ductwork; installation of four new exhast hoods, and construction of a new lab complete with exhast hoods and casework. The estimated price range is $250,000 and $500,000. The anticipated performance period is April 24, 2006 through August 1, 2006. RFP number 982106R114 will be available on or about February 28, 2006 and may be accessed at http://ideasec.nbc.gov. A pre-proposal meeting and site visit is planned for March 17, 2006 and advance reservations are required.
