Description

The Office of Thrift Supervision (OTS) intends to issue a sole source purchase order to Loan Performance for LPS Subprime Delinquency Quarterly Report for the period of April 1. 2006 through March 31, 2007. It is an industry-wide source of origination volume and performance information for the subprime market which allows the user to: access the industry's largest repository of subprime market data with any web browser; evaluate and manage portfolios quickly with a click; compare portfolio performance to the market at large by geography, product, or other key criteria; mine and analyze data visually with graphs and maps; identify and isolate risks along 30 risk dimensions; communicate between databases via a standard, user-friendly interface; and conduct complex analyses and generate monthly reports easily with helpful wizards. The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit quotations. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations. However, all quotations received with pricing and sufficient technical documentation to establish a bonafide capacity to meet the requirement received by 2/21/2006 (by 2:00PM EST) will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed purchase order based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals and no solicitation document is available. Such information, if submitted, should be emailed to isabel.romancogswell@ots.treas.gov. If this procurement is competed, no additional synopsis will be published and a request for quotation will only be forwarded to the intended vendor and firms that respond to this synopsis of intent.
