San Francisco Service Center (9PFE-S), 450 Golden Gate Avenue, San Francisco, CA 94102-3434 DESCRIPTION: The General Services Administration (GSA), is interested in leasing a minimum of 1,045 ANSI/BOMA office area square feet (previously usable) to a maximum of 1,150 ANSI/BOMA office area square feet of contiguous space on a single floor. TENANT: Equal Employment Opportunity Commission. LOCATION: Offered properties must be located within the following delineated area of Oakland, CA: Broadway, 17th Street, Jefferson Street, 8th Street and 12th Street extended to Preservation Park Way to 13th Street and Martin Luther King Jr. Way. LEASE TERM: The lease will be for ten (10) years, five (5) years firm. REQUIRED: Any offered buildings must be of sound and substantial construction, of a type generally recognized as modern, office space. The space must be altered to meet the Government?s requirements, must be fully serviced, must be fully accessible in accordance with ADA standards, and must conform to applicable Life Safety Performance Level of RP 6 (seismic standards).
