The space should yield between 6,375 ANSI/BOMA office area square feet (previously usable) to a maximum of 7,013 ANSI/BOMA office area square feet of contiguous space, along with 3 reserved parking spaces. The proposed lease is for eight (8) years, five (5) years firm, and should be fully serviced. Space must be ready for occupancy no later than June 1, 2006. The offered space must meet Government requirements for Fire Safety and Handicapped Accessibility.
