Description

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention intends to procure moving and storage service. The Government intends to evaluate offers and award a contract without discussions with Offerors providing the requested service. Therefore, the initial offer should contain the offeror?s best terms. To remove approximately 12,000 boxes of documents which are currently housed at Hilldrup Moving and Storage in Burlington, NC. Currently, these documents are stored in five 53? trailers belonging to Hilldrup. Therefore, these boxes will neeed to be palletized, shrink wrapped, moved and stored. Interested vendors capable of furnishing the government with the service in this synopsis should submit a quotation to the below address. The quotation shall include the price, prompt payment terms, the F.O.B. Point(Destination or Origin), Taxpayer Identification Number(TIN), Dun & Bradstreet Number(DUNS),and descriptive literature of the service quoted. The quotation must reference Solicitation number 2006-Q-08408. Quotations will be due fifteen(15) calendar days from the publication date of this synopsis All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which if timely received, shall be considered by the agency. Quotations may be faxed to (770)488-2671, Attn. Ivory Reid or emailed to ireid@cdc.gov All vendors must be registered in the Central Contracting Registry(CCR) prior to award of a Federal contract. CCR registration can be completed online at http://www.ccr.gov.
