Description

It is the intent OF the National Library of Medicine to negotiate on a sole source basis with TELCO Power and Cable, 11900 Baltimore Avenue Suite H, Beltsville, Maryland 20705 for electrical supplies and services under the authority of the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) 6.302 for electrical supplies and services including move and installation services. Vendors may identify in writing their interest in responding to this requirement along with their capabilities or submit a proposal. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals received no later than the closing date of this announcement will be considered by the government. A determination by the government not to compete this proposed acquisition, based on the response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
