Description: This requirement is to provide Preventive and Emergency maintenance for the Patient Data management System (Xcelera manufactured by Philips Electronics of North America). It is the Government's intent to award this contract on a sole source basis to Philips. The sole source is based on proprietary encrypted software keys. The Xcelera software and system diagnostics for both servers is Philips proprietary and keyed to Philips encrypted passwords.
