Description: This is a requirement for ?Rights Guard? data from McDonnell Douglas Corporation, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Boeing Company, cage code 76301. The solicitation will be sole source because it involves the use of Rights Guard proprietary technical data for the sole purpose of facilitating competitive acquisition of replenishment spare parts for certain U.S. Government owned aircraft which are military derivatives of Boeing?s model E-3, E-8, and RC/KC 135 aircraft.
