Description

The Government intends to execute an unrestricted procurement action to provide Airborne Surveillance Services (Full Motion Video) for MNC-I, C2, Iraq. The specific intent of this procurement is to increase Situational Awareness over the entire area of operations (AO). The solicitation will contain contract line items for mobilization and aerial surveillance operations. No Site Visit is anticipated at this time. Personnel manning and equipment will be required from offerors in response to the requirements identified in the solicitation. The Government intends that one firm fixed price Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract will be awarded as a result of this action. The resultant award is anticipated to have a one year period of performance. Subject solicitation will be issued on or about 22 February 2006 and posted to the FedBizOpps web page at www.fedbizopps.gov. The period of performance is anticipated to commence on or about 27 Mar 06. If you do not have Internet access, a hard copy of the solicitation may be requested. Only written or emailed requests for solicitation received directly from the requestor are acceptable. All potential offerors should contact the contract specialist identified in this synopsis for additional information and/or to communicate concerns.
