Description

General Services Administration; Public Building Services; Northwest Region 10, Property Development Division; Facilities Operations Support Branch; Contract Services Team has a requirement for Operations, Maintenance & Other Services at the U. S. Border Stations located at Danville, Ferry, and Laurier, Washington. The contractor shall provide all management, supervision, labor, materials, supplies, and equipment (except as otherwise provided), and shall plan, schedule, coordinate, and assure effective performance of Operations, Maintenance & Other Services. The contract is an Indefinite Quantity, Indefinite Delivery, firm fixed price, performance-based contract, which consists of a three-year base performance period with one two-year option period. The estimated start date for this contract is July 1, 2006. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code is 561210 Facilities Support Services with a small business size standard of $30 million. The solicitation will be available on or about February 15, 2006. All offerors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database (www.ccr.gov), the online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA) database (www.orca.bpn.gov), and the VETS 100 website (www.vets100cudenver.edu/. It is the responsibility of potential offerors to monitor FEDBIZOPPS for changes and updates. Hard copies of the solicitation will not be provided.
