Description

NOTICE OF INTENT CLASSCODE: 70 Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center (SPAWARSYSCEN) Charleston, intends to award a $137,000.00 licensing sole-source contract to OAG WORLDWIDE INC., 3025 Highland Parkway, Suite 200, Downers Grove, IL. This procurement shall consist of the acquisition of software licenses for the Standard Max Online service offered by OAG WORLDWIDE, and will provide web access to OAG WORLDWIDE's database of information on airports, carriers, and individual flights. Web based access will also provide the tools to conduct extensive analysis on the data in the database for terrorist threat analysis as required by the Transportation Security Intelligence Service (TSIS) of TSA. OAG WORLDWIDE is currently under contract to provide weekly static data feeds of their database to TSIS. Through this follow-on procurement, OAG WORLDWIDE will be providing the web based software for TSIS to directly access OAG's database on demand and be able to perform analyses directly on the data. The place of performance will be 601 S 12th Street TSA 10, Arlington, VA 22202. A firm fixed price type contract is anticipated with a base period of 1 January 2006 to 31 December 2006. The applicable North American Industry Classification Code is 511140 and the size standard is 500. This notice of intent is NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS.
