Description

The Kentucky National Guard is soliciting for Full Food Service to be performed at Wendell H. Ford Regional Training Center, Greenville, KY. The contractor will provide all subsistence, supplies, personnel and management necessary to provide self-se rvice, all-you-can eat buffet type meals in accordance with the performance based work requirements. Contract awarded will be a firm-fixed price, indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity service type contract with yearly adjustments made based on the cons umer price index and economic price index. Contract will be for one base year and four optional one year periods. Delivery orders will be issued against the contract and will not exceed $500,000. The maximum contract amount is $10,000,000. This require ment is solicited as an invitation for bid and will be awarded based on price only. This procurement is 100% set-aside for small business with a priority given as required by the Randolph-Sheppard Act to the State Licensing Agency. The North American Ind ustry Classification Standard code is 722310, small business size standard is 19 million. The soliciation package is projected to be available on or about 15 days from the original date of the posting of this notice (17 Feb 06) with bid packages due 30 day s from then (on or about 20 March 06). Solicitation will be posted to http://www.nationalguardcontracting.org/ A pre-bid conference is tentatively scheduled for 7 March 2006, 10:00 a.m. Central Time at the training site in Greenville, KY.
