Description

This project is unrestricted. Multiple awards are anticpated. The work to be contracted includes mobilization, all supervision, equipment, small hand tools, and designated materials to install the Government furnished reinforced polyethylene plastic sheeting (minimum 9 mil thickness)in 20' x 100'rolls, or any other available size. Sheeting will be provided by FEMA at designated locations for contractor pickup. The period of performance will be the date of award through 31 December 2005. Mobilizati on shall commence within 12 hours of the receipt of the first task order, to install a minimum of 100 roofs per day toward a minimum of 500 roofs per day, after five (5) days. Full production target is 500 roofs per day. Roof installation will be a lump sum amount, with payment per Square Foot (SF). The solicitation will be available through internet access only.
