- ***MODIFICATION TO PREVIOUS NOTICE. ISSUE DATE HAS CHANGED TO MARCH 6, 2006 WITH A CLOSING DATE OF APRIL 6, 2006.***Request for Proposal (RFP) Solicitation for NSN 6130-01-496-3-6456, YPG05309000707, Power Supply, P/N 287A107, Cage 78535, Iris Technology Inc. Defense Supply Center Richmond (DSCR) does not currently have an approved Technical Data Package (TDP) available for this NSN. This procurement is solicited as Unrestricted Utilizing Other than Full and Open Competition. Solicitation is issued to result in a Firm Fixed Price Type Contract for stock replenishment. FOB Destination, Inspection and Acceptance at Destination. Quantity of 201 each. Requested delivery is 68 days ARO. This solicitation will be made available for issue on or about March 3, 2006 and will close April 3, 2006. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. Alternate offers must submit a Source Approval Request (SAR) package along with a complete copy of the solicitation in order to be considered for award.
