- Stoller-Navarro Joint Venture (SNLV) in the performance of Prime Contract No. DE-AC52-03NA99205 with the Department of Energy (DOE), National Nuclear Security Administration/Nevada Site Office (NNSA/NSO), is soliciting to procure Analytical Laboratory Services to be awarded in two analytical categories: Chemical Analyses and Radiological Analysis. Samples obtained for chemical analysis in support of SNJV activities will consist of soil, waste, groundwater, surface water, domestic supply water, air filters, demolition debris (e.g.., metal, concrete, building materials), biota, sludge, organic liquids, cloth swipes, and samples. Laboratories may submit proposals for chemical analysis, radiochemical analysis, or both of the categories of service. Laboratories must be accredited by the State of Nevada and shall have successfully passed a DOE Consolidated Audit Program (DOECAP) audit, and shall be willing to acquire and maintain a State of Nevada Clean Water Act and Clean Drinking Water Act certification for the analytes to be analyzed for SNJV. The SNJV anticipates an IDIQ- Commercial Items contract with a performance period of one base period ending September 30, 2006 and two option years, October 1, 2006 ? September 30, 2007 and October 1, 2007 ? September 30, 2008. SNJV will award more than one contract under this solicitation. The solicitation/ RFP will be issued electronically.
