Description: The contractor shall provide all labor, material, tools, equipment, supplies and services necessary or incidental to remove, transport, process and properly dispose of Radioactive Waste from the VA Medical Center, 10 N. Greene Street, Baltimore, MD 21201 on an as-needed basis in accordance with the Statement of Work and this Request for Proposal (RFP). Quantities indicated are estimated quantities and may vary throughout the contract period. The Radiation Safety Officer, [insert radiation office name here], shall be the Contracting Officer?s Representative (COTR) on site and shall notify the Contractor as to the specific waste to be removed from the facility. The prices accepted in the schedule will be all inclusive. All costs and fees to perform these services shall be the responsibility of the Contractor regardless of the contract period.
