Description: Systems, Inc, of King of Prussia PA to acquire Software and hardware warranty renewal for existing equipment. VA Connecticut requires Neoware Systems to provide the continuity of warranty service in order to maintain on-going patient care. This procurement is under the authority of FAR 6.302. The Government will consider all proposals received by 1/13/02. A determination based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. See note 22
