Description

The 347th Contracting Squadron/MSCB is seeking sources to establish a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for the purchase and delivery of toner cartridges for the below listed printers, if and when requested by the Contracting Officer (or the authorized representative of the Contracting Officer) during the period of 1 MAR 06 through 30 FEB 11. (5 years). See list of printers below. EXTENDED DESCRIPTION: Hp 4600 dn Hp LaserJet 3380 Hp LaserJet 4 plus Hp OfficeJet G95 Hp LaserJet 4200 dtn Dell M5200N Hp LaserJet 4000N Hp OfficeJet 7140xi Hp Color LaserJet 9500 hdn Hp LaserJet 9050dn Hp DeskJet 990cxi Hp OfficeJet d155xi The resulting BPA is effective for a period of 5 years (1 MAR 06 through 30 FEB 11), unless either party cancels the agreement by providing a 30 day written notification. Please indicate your interest as a potential source for this BPA by providing a quote for the above toner cartridges no later than 27 Feb 06. Your offer must include the solicitation number, a price quote, name, address, and phone number of a point of contact.
