- PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE Project title: Improve Military Family Housing, Phantom Location: Incirlik Air Base, Adana, Turkey Solicitation No.: FA5685-06-R-0003 This notice is to identify all prospective offerors within the Republic of Turkey in submitting proposals for the upcoming solicitation of the Improve Military Family Housing, Phantom, Project No. LJYC 06-4003. Solicitation No. FA5685-05-R-0003. This is a Firm-Fixed-Price Design/Build contract to upgrade existing, approximately 235, family housing units to current standards and codes at Incirlik AB, Adana, Turkey. The work includes, but is not limited to, upgrade of kitchens, bathrooms, doors, windows, floor and room finishes, electrical, HVAC and fire protection systems, upgrading of patios, roads, utility systems, playgrounds, recreational areas and landscaping. All potential offerors must submit the attached letter (Reservation Form) by e-mail to 39 CONS/LGCA identifying the company name, address, phone number, fax, and an English-speaking point of contact and e-mail address. This information shall be submitted no later than 1500hrs (3:00 PM) on 07 March 2006. Responses are desired from firms who can demonstrate recent experience and excellent past performance in Design/Build (construction) of similar facilities, however expressions of interests will be accepted from all interested parties. Fax and emails will be accepted. Any interested party that does not submit this information by the stated cut-off date shall not be considered for award; therefore, any proposal submitted will be considered non-responsive. Parties not previously identified and listed per the above request shall not be allowed entry to the pre-proposal conference/site visit. POCs for this acquisition are Metin Acan and Randall P.
