- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation may be downloaded from https://acquisition.army.mil/asfi/attachment_view.cfm?psolicitationnbr=W911S706R0009. Requirement is 100% set aside for Small Business Concerns. Award will be based on awarding a contra ct to the best-valued contractor IAW the evaluation factors listed in the solicitation. Description of Synopsis: The contractor shall provide all management, supplies, tools, equipment, and labor necessary to provide, install, relocate, remove, maintain, a nd repair washers and dryers provided IAW the Statement of Work. Also, contractor shall be responsible for providing all accessory parts connected to washers and dryers to include hoses, metal back draft damper, flexible metal ductwork, and manufactured re commended connections for complete installation. The requirement is for approximately 1,015 washers and 1,012 dryers. The contract type will be firm fixed price requirements contract with orders being issued on a month-to-month basis. A Base Period with Fo ur Option Periods is contemplated. NAICS is 532210/$6.5 Million. The anticipated contract award date is 31 March 2006. All responsible offerors who submit an offer will be considered. All offerors must be registered in the Department of Defense Contractor Registration (CCR) www.ccr.gov database prior to any contract award; also, offerors are encouraged to access www.bpn.gov and complete representations and certifications.
