FORMAL COMMUNICATION RELATED TO THIS ACQUISITION SHOULD BE DIRECTED, M. Elaine Brazelton Contracting Specialist, AMSAM-AC-AL-A, U.S. ARMY AVIATION AND MISSILE COMMAND, ACQUISITION CENTER/BLDG. 5303, REDSTONE ARSENAL, AL 35898-5280 PRON: AX6F6098AX, P /N: 1168985-101, NSN: 5930-01-457-1048, NOUN: Switch Proximity, Quantity: 98 each applicable to AH-64 Airframe with deliveries to; New Cumberland, PA 17070-5001, and Stockton, CA 95296-0130. This item is restricted to: Goodrich Corporation Cage 13002 and Honeywell International Cage 91929. This part must be acquired from a manufacturing source(s) specified on a source control or selected item drawing as defined by the current version of DoD-STD-100. Required Delivery Schedule with First Article Testing is 98 each 192 Days After Contract Award (DACA). Required Delivery Schedule without First Article Testing is 98 each 128 Days After Contract Award (DACA). Required Delivery when Alternate II clauses is recommended is 98 each 160 Days After Contract Award (DACA). THIS ACQUISITION CONTAINS TECHNICAL DATA WHOSE EXPORT IS RESTRICTED BY THE ARMS EXPORT CONTROL ACT (TITLE 22, USC., SEC 2751 ET SEQ) OR THE EXPORT ADMINISTRATION ACT (TITLE 50, USC., APP 2401 -2402) EXECUTIVE ORDER 121470. THIS INFORMATION CANNOT BE RELEASED OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES WITHOUT PRIOR APPROVAL OF THE GOVERNMENT. Adequate technical data is not available for this acquisition. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order t o compete for future solicitations by accessing the website www.redstone.army.mil/cmo/ and looking under Standard Aviation and Missile Source Approval Request (SAMSAR). All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award . Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. Foreign Firms are reminded that all requests for solicitation must be processed through their respective embassies. No telephone request will be accepted. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the Agency. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation however; the solicitation will no t close prior to the date stated above.
