I'd also like to confirm that currently there is no incumbent who provides the following: Dedicated strategic satellite ground components and long haul terrestrial microwave communication systems, technical control facilities, command center upgrades, and deployed forces infrastructure. We want to make sure there is no conflict of interest with this request. We may already be indirectly associated with this request via our Satellite relationships.
