THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION ANNOUNCEMENT. This is a SOURCES SOUGHT SYNOPSIS ONLY. General Services Administration is sending out this Sources Sought Synopsis to gain knowledge of potentially capable HUBZONE, SERVICE-DISABLED VETERAN-OWNED(SDVOSB), and SMALL BUSINESS contractors, for an Elevator and Escalator Maintenance Service procurement at Jacob K. Javits FOB, 26 Federal Plaza, 1 Federal Plaza and 209 Centre Street, New York, NY 10278. A Performance bond will be necessary after award. The Solicitation will be Performance Specification, Source Selection procurement, with a two (2) year base and three (3) one year options.
