THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION ANNOUNCEMENT. This is a SOURCES SOUGHT SYNOPSIS ONLY. General Services Administration is sending out this Sources Sought Synopsis to gain knowledge of potentially capable Elevator and Escalator contractors for an Elevator and Escalator Maintenance Services procurement at Jacob K. Javits FOB, 26 Federal Plaza, 1 Federal Plaza and 209 Centre Street, New York, NY 10278. A Performance bond will be necessary after award. The Solicitation will be Performance Specification, Source Selection procurement, with a two (2) year base and three (3) one year options.
