Description
UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT Seeks Leased Office Space Savannah, Georgia The U.S. Government seeks to lease approximately 18,416 rentable square feet of space to yield 16,014 ANSI/BOMA Office Area square feet of space in Savannah, Georgia within the following delineated area: North: Bay Street 80/5 East: Harry S. Truman Parkway South: 204/Montgomery Cross Road West: I-95 The Government requires a fully-serviced lease and adequate parking within 2 blocks of the offered space for 80 vehicles. Occupancy date is December 1, 2007 or earlier, if feasible. The required lease term is for 10 years, 5 years firm. Offered space must meet Government requirements for Fire and Lifesafety and Handicapped Accessibility. A new construction site will require a 20-foot setback from the building to the curb or other boundary. Unique Requirements: Space offered must be on the second floor or above and be in the same building and contiguous on the same floor. Any properties or proposals submitted by brokers/agent must be accompanied by written evidence that they are authorized to represent the building?s ownership. Sub-leases are not acceptable. Include whether the site is located in a flood zone and if so, please indicate the type of zone. We plan to schedule your appointment for March 23, 2006.
