- The United States Government seeks to lease office space consisting of approximately 7,484 rentable sq. ft in Lexington, Massachusetts within the following designated area: North: Route 62 (Concord, Bedford and Burlington; East: Route 3A (Burlington; South: Route 128 (Concord, Lexington and Burlington)West: Route 2 (Concord, Lexington). The space should yield between 6,656 to 6,989 BOMA usable sq. ft. Parking is required for a minimum of 25 vehicles. The proposed lease is for 10 years, 5 years firm, and should be fully serviced. Space must be located between the 2nd and 6th floor. Space must be ready for occupancy no later than December 6, 2006. The offered space must meet Government requirements for Fire Safety and Handicapped Accessibility.
