- This modification 01 is to the original notice Delete: Contractor must have passed an FDA establishment inspection during year 2005. Add: Contractor must have passed an FDA establishment inspection within the last three (3) years. The Food and Drug Administration is seeking sources that can conduct a Levothyroxine Stability Study on six levothyoxine sodium drug products. This is a Request for Quotation (RFP). This announcement constitutes the only solicitation and a written solicitation will not be issued. All work must be completed and report submitted by May 15, 2006. Contractor must have passed an FDA establishment inspection during year 2005. Contractor’s proposal must include cost for method transfer and triplicate analysis for six individual products. You must upload for attached Scope of Work for specific requirements. This procurement is a firm fixed price requirement. All responsible sources that can provide and meet all specifications and requirements shall submit written quotation with their cost and capability statement by fax 301 827-7101 or email: patricia.wright@fda.hhs.gov to the attention: Patricia Wright. All responses or questions regarding this posting must be in writing. No phone calls will be accepted. All sources must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration System (CCR). All quotes must be received by 2:00 pm eastern standard time fifteen (15) days from the date of this notice. An award will be made immediately after response date. Evaluation/Award will be based on the technically acceptable quote that offers the best value to the government. This procurement will be awarded as a simplified acquisition in accordance with FDA Subpart 13.5. NOTE: THIS NOTICE MAY HAVE POSTED ON FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (10-JAN-2006).
