The U.S. Army Engineer District, New Orleans, has a requirement for Employee Assistance Program/Critical Incident Response services. Contractor to provide confidential assessme nt, counseling, and referral services, supervisory training and mental health education for approximately 1300 employees of the U. S. Army Corps of Engineers, New Orleans and servicing activities. This solicitation is 100% set aside for Small Business. Th e applicable Standard Industrial Code is 8322. This requirement will be procured as a base plus four option period contract. Solicitation W912P8-06-R-0118 will be released February 18, 2006 with a closing date of March 3, 2006. All interested parties mus t be registered with Fed TeDS to download the solicitation.
