Description: The 159FW, Louisiana Air National Guard has a requirement for Carpet Replacement and VCT to be installed to throughout the Fighter Wing at the NAS-JRB, New Orleans, LA 70143. The contractor must furnish all professional services, labor, parts, mater ials, equipment, insurance, and transportation necessary to install carpeting and VCT to 6 buildings in accordance with Statement of Work and specifications.
