Description

The United States Army Communications Electronics-Lifecycle Management Command (C-E LCMC) intends to solicit and award a Five-Year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Firm Fixed Price (FFP) type contract for 3 different products to include : 6 each Cylinder Supports (NSN: 5985-01-152-5851), 20 each Cylinder Pivots (NSN: 5985-01-191-2233), and 60 each Cylinder Assemblies (NSN: 5985-01-207-1850). Ranges on these products will include: Cylinder Supports (NSN: 5985-01-152-5851) 1-6, 7-12, 13 -20; Cylinder Pivots (NSN:5985-01-191-2233) 1-10, 11-20, 21-30; Cylinder Assemblies (NSN: 5985-01-207-1850) 1-20, 21-40, 41-60. They are part of the OA-9054(V)4/G and in support of the Patriot Program. This procurement is a 100% Small Business Set-Asid e. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for the three NSNs is 334419 and the small business size standard is 500 employees. Packaging will be in accordance with best commercial practices. Drawings will be posted on the IBOP alon g with the solicitation on or about March 10, 2006. This Solicitation will be a Sealed Bid. The Solicitation will instruct Contractors to sign and return the Representations and Certifications to the Contracting Specialist at C-E LCMC. The delivery sch edule shall begin 180 days after contract award with 6 each Cylinder Supports, 20 each Cylinder Pivots, and 60 each Cylinder Assemblies and will continue with these same quantities per NSN each month thereafter until delivery order completion. The shipme nts are to be FOB Destination with Inspection/Acceptance FOB Origin.
