Description

NEGOTIATED FIRM FIXED PRICE CONTRACT FSC 5120, MISCELLANEOUS HAND TOOLS, 6FLS-N2-050323-N. GSA, FSS intends to establish through Negotiation a firm-fixed price, indefinite quantity, two-year requirements type contract for the period of August 1, 2006 or DOA (which ever is later) through July 31, 2008 with three one-year options. Requirements are for twenty (24) miscellaneous screwdrivers in the 5120 Federal Supply Class. These NSN’s are part of GSA’s Stock Program. Estimated quantities and descriptions appear in the solicitation document. The contract will include an Economic Price Adjustment Clause. All offers are to be FOB destination, with delivery of 60 days or less and a minimum order of $50.00. Award will be made to the most responsible offeror(s) whose offer conforms to the solicitation and is the best value and most advantageous to the Government.
