Description: Install new exterior skin and related structural system on Bldg. 100 (approx. 200 ft. in height) at the Portland Oregon VA Medical Center. Work includes, but is not limited to new structural framing, new metal wall panel design and installation, architectural framing around windows, repair of fireproofing, sheetrock and other items as needed to install new metal wall panels and certain other items. NAICS Code is 238190. Estimated value of project is between $5,000,000 and $10,000,000. Successful offeror will be required to provide Performance and Payment Bonds for entire project. The proposed contract is set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned small business concerns. (See note 29)
