- The Department of Veterans Affairs North Texas Health Care System, Dallas, TX has a requirement for total electric utility service (transmission, distribution, and delivery). Delivery sites include the main facility located in Dallas, TX, VAMC Bonham, TX and the Fort Worth Outpatient Clinic. The successful offeror will supply this electric service for a period of one, two, or three years beginning on or about 1 April 2006. Offerors are required to have certification by Public Utility Commission (PUC) of Texas as a Retail Electrical Provider (REP). Offerors submitting proposals will be advised of the exact date and time to provide pricing in accordance with the solicitation. Request for Proposal ( RFP 549-06-13) will be issued 2/24/2006. Proposals are due 3/14/2006@ 2:00 P.M CST. Potential offerors shall submit proposal to address located in block 9 of the SF 1449 of the solicitation or e-mail copy of proposal to brian.delaney@med.va.gov.
