- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as Request for Quote (RFQ) No. F1A1A35350A300. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-03. This is a small business set-aside. The North American Industry Classification System code is 315228 (formerly SIC code 2329) at 500 employee size standard. LINE ITEMS.
