- The 119 FW, ND Air National Guard intends to award a sole source supply contract to Gammon Technical Products, Inc. for Gammon Gauge Peak Hold Conversion Kits. This sources sought synopsis is seeking potential sources capable of providing a product that will met the requirements and abilities of the product detailed below and shall be compatible in form, fit and function. REQUIREMENT: Gammon Technical Inc. Part Number: GTP-552-40. Designed to add the peak hold and push button features. Peak Hold Reading - Allows operator to read the maximum differential pressure that occurred during the flow period. Push Button Test Valve - Built inside push button to relieve pressure under piston. Pressure Relief Feature- Incorporated in all pushbutton models is a pressure relief valve set at 300 psi to protect gauge from excessive pressure if isolation valves have been closed. COMMON FEATURES of GAMMON GAUGE: Read differential pressure directly at top of piston, Accurate within 1/2 psi at system pressure to 300 psi, no subtraction calculation required, models available in aluminum or stainless steel, positive and negative surge pressures will not influence calibration, multiple calibration: Front Face - psi and kPa, Back Face - Bar and kg/cm, every glass tube tested to 1200 psi, rugged construction: suitable for vehicle or stationary use, Built-in gauge protection filter - 10 mic rons, maximum operating pressure: 300 psi, Fittings: 1/4 inch NPT female, 1/4 inch BSP available, Temperature range: Standard Viton Seals: -30 degree to +160 degree F; 134 degree to +71 degree C, Low temperature Seals: -90 degree/-68 degree C, Ultraviolet Light Protection: Film cover prevents rays from degrading fuel in the glass tube. FOB: Destination to Minot, ND 58703, Delivery: as follows: first shipment of 50 ea. 45 days ARO; thereafter one shipment of 50 ea. every thirty days until order has been fulfilled. Partial payment can be administered. Firms responding to this notice must identify their firm capabilities to perform the requirements described herein, reference the number and indicate whether or not they are a small business concern as defined in FAR 52.219-1. The NAICS code is 334513. The small business size standard is 500. The information received as a result of this synopsis will be solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the NDANG not to open the requirement to open competition; based on responses to this sourc es sought synopsis, is solely within the discretion of the NDANG. The Government does not intend to pay for any information provided under this sources sought synopsis. No solicitation documents exist. It is anticipated that a Firm Fixed contract will be a warded in MARCH 2006.
