This is a notice of intent to award. The California National Guard intends to award a contract to Aero Union to purchase the following Firehawk aircraft equipment: 1 each main tank float ball (part #251447), 3 each main system filter elements (part #925385), 2 each door edge seals (part #1718-12529-003), 4 each door edge seals (part #1718-12530-003), 2 each hinges (part #1784-12977-001), 1 each main tank assembly (part #1905-13541-301), 1 each foam tank float assembly (part #1905-13541-307), 1 each f oam tank ball (part #200938-1), 1 each foam pump (part #2054-30750-301), 1 each flapper valve (part #2117-30997-303), 2 each fabric hoses (part #2117-30987-307), 1 each door limit assembly (part #2117-31170-301), 1 each snorkel pump (part #2711-31627-001), 1 each snorkel pump spacer (part #2711-31627-003), 1 each snorkel bumper (part #2711-31659-001), 1 each snorkel bumper (part #2711-31659-003), 1 each impeller (part #2117-31187-001), 1 each retraction motor (part #2117-31626-301), 1 each snorkel pump moto r (part #2054-30690-301). All part numbers listed are Aero Union part numbers. Vendors that wish to bid must provide equipment of equal or better quality compared to the Aero Union equipment listed. All vendors must be registered in the Central Contract ors Registration (CCR). Simplified Acquisition Procedures will be utilized. Quotes are due no later than March 2, 2006 before 2:00pmPST.
