Description

This is a notice of intent to issue an Single Source IDIQ to the California Conservation Corp for a base and 4 option years. The US Fish and Wildlife uses the CCC to perform labor intensive work such as removal of invasive plant species. The CCC is a nonprofit educational organization located in cities in California. Its mission is to promote youth development through environmental stewardship and community service and to further education reform and social change. Through service-learning?the practice of linking academic learning with service that meets real community needs?the CCC engages young people from all walks of life in their education and development while addressing environmental and social issues.
