Description

General Services Administration is seeking qualified contractors to furnish all material, labor, equipment and supervision to provide janitorial and related services for 10 buildings totaling approximately 1,039,000 square feet located on the Denver Federal Center, Lakewood, Jefferson County, Colorado. The period of performance for the aforementioned services is one (1) base year plus four (4) 1-year options. The Government anticipates that one award will be made from this procurement that will result in the greatest overall value to the Government. Base period of performance is tentatively scheduled to begin July 1, 2006. This procurement is set aside for service-disabled veteran-owned small business. Offers from other small businesses will not be considered. The applicable NAICS code for this acquisition is 561720--Janitorial Services, Size Standard - $14.0 million. The estimated value for this acquisition is between $1.0 million and $5.0 million for the 5-year period. The anticipated solicitation date is on or about March 10, 2006.
