Description

REQUIREMENT: The United States Government seeks to lease approximately 1,316 ANSI/BOMA office area square feet (ABOASF) of office and related use space. Space must be located in a prime commercial office district with attractive, prestigious surroundings with a prevalence of modern design and/or tasteful rehabilitation in modern use. Subleases are not acceptable. DELINEATED AREA: The space will be located within the following boundaries: North: The New Jersey Turnpike Exit 9 East: Route 18 South: Rues Lane West: Ryders Lane REQUIRED: All services, supplies, utilities and tenant alterations are to be provided as part of the rental consideration. Five (5) on-site, reserved surface parking spaces are required or at the ratio required per local code, whichever is greater. The offered space must meet Government requirements for Fire Safety and Handicapped Accessibility. LEASE TERM: Term is for 5 years, 1 year firm, with the Government having cancellation privileges after the first year and each year thereafter.
