Description

Solicitation is amended to add the following provision, and change the set-aside type 1. WIth the exception of CLINs 0007 and 0011, the offeror agrees to remove unused and/or unopened quantities at contract completion. The Offeror will invoice only for actual quantities used. 2. The set-aside is changed from 100% Small Business to Unrestricted. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (23-FEB-2006); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE.
