Description

Contractor shall provide all necessary labor, materials, equipment, transportation and supervision for Repair of Sanitary Sewer Main, TRACEN Military Family Housing, Building Numbers 1520, 1521, 1540 and 1541, United States Coast Guard Training Center, Cape May, New Jersey. In general the work includes but is not limited to the following: 1.1. Removal and disposal of approximately 380 lineal feet of 10? asbestos concrete sanitary sewer main and concrete sewer manhole. 1.2. Supply and installation of approximately 380 lineal feet of 10? SDR-35 PVC sanitary sewer main. 1.3. Temporary relocation of two large wood sheds. 1.4. Fertilizing and seeding as required. Repair and replacement of playground surface as necessary. 1.5. Mobilization, demobilization and clean up. 1.6. All labor, material, equipment, supervision and all other incidentals necessary to complete the work. Period of Performance shall be 60 day after issuance of Notice to Proceed. This procurement is estimated between $25,000.00 and $100,000.00. This procurement is a Total Set-Aside for Small Business Firms. The NAICS code for this procurement is 237110 with a size standard of $31.0M.
