Description

The U.S. Department of State's Office of Overseas Buildings Operations (OBO) is seeking capable small disadvantaged companies, certified under the Small Business Administration 8(a) program, for international real estate brokerage services to be performed worldwide, on an as needed basis. These services may be required in one or more locations at the same time. Many locations are in remote and austere locations around the world. The Contractor is expected to provide these services for any property, in any location, as directed by he Contracting Officer in accordance with the attached performance work statement. The purpose of this notice is identify if there are enough capable 8(a) firms available for a possible future competition. Please provide your company name, points of contact and a capability statement if you are interested.
