Description: The U.S. Army Engineer District, Detroit intends to issue a Sole Source Contract to Applied Systems Consultants Inc to convert RAMS II Software to OMBIL Regulatory Module (ORM). The RAMS II Software is presently used by the District to collect permit and enforcement data. The conversions will be a mulit-step process. Conversion of over 2000 data fields in RAMS is a complex operation, requireing extensive knowledge of the current database, current field utilizations and knowledge as to how these fields will relate to the new ORM database schema. A firm with extensive knowledge of Oracle, Oracle8, Oracle Express and Oracle Designers 2000 is required. Conversion MUST be completed by early June 2006.
