- Provide all labor, material, transportation, equipment and supervision required to demolish and rehabilitation of the galley hood system at the ISC Portsmouth Club. Structural: Replacement of galley hood system. Roof curbs for new roof ventilator, Structural framing to support new galley hood system. Provide all required connections to existing exhaust and make-up air system. Provide support for new wet-chemical system. Mechanical: Replacement of ventilator hood system and associated equipment including: Removal of existing roof-mounted make-up air-handling unit. Removal of existing roof-mounted ventilator hood exhaust unit. Disconnect and remove existing water-wash system. Removal of existing galley hood and associated appurtenances. Removal of existing supply and return air ductwork. Removal of existing dry chemical system and abandoned piping. Disconnect and remove existing electrical as necessary to accommodate new systems. Installation of new roof ventilator units above ceiling, including new roof curbs. Installation of new galley hood and associated appurtenances. Installation of new ductwork to make new connections. Removal of existing plenum ventilators, unused exhaust fans, and fresh air intakes; all roof openings to be insulated and capped complete. Installation of new wet chemical system and associated appurtenances. Installation of new electrical as necessary to accommodate new systems. Installation of new make-up air handling unit and exhaust equipment with associated supply and return air ductwork. Installation of new ductwork in association with new water-wash ventilator system. New DDC controls, tied back into existing base-wide control system (Siemens Wireless Ethernet System). Electrical: Electrical work as required to support the HVAC renovations including removal of electrical equipment, including removal of unused conduit and cable back to source (no abandoned conduit/cable). Installation of new electrical panel, subfeed from existing panel. Installation of conduit feeds to ventilator fans, electric gas shutoff, pump and all associated equipment. Installation of new electrical shunt switches for grill and frylator. Reinstall, clean and relamp lighting fixtures in ceiling grid at completion of lighting work. Roof Work: All work involving new roof penetrations, closing off abandoned openings, curbs, patching and sealing of the existing roof membrane shall be provided with a warranty from the contractor against leaks and defects for a period equal to the remaining warranty on the existing roofing system. Project Phasing: Work shall be coordinated with COR and Portside Reception Activities. Period of performance is 120 DANTP. This procurement is estimated between $25,000 and $100,000. This procurement is a Total Small Business Set-Aside. The applicable NAICS is 236220 with a Small Business Size Standard of $31.0.
