Description: The Defense Logistics Agency, Defense Supply Center Richmond, proposes to acquire the Services cited herein on an other than full and open competition basis under the statutory authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c)(1). The current engineering support services contractor, Jacobs Sverdrup Inc. is exclusively knowledgeable of all program aspects, branch procedures and complexity of engineering projects on-hand. In the past year the requirement for a project tracking database was established and programming design has started. This one year effort will provide for the completion of the programming design and implementation. Future engineering services if required will be competed.
