- The VA Connecticut Healthcare System intends to negotiate sole source procurement with Illumina Inc., 9885 Towne Centre Drive, San Diego, CA., to acquire Illumina Addiction arrays to be used in conjunction with existing equipment and protocols. To acquire these arrays from Illumina is imperative regarding maintaining on-going patient care and research. This procurement is under the authority of FAR 6.302. The Government will consider all proposals received by 3/3/06. A determination based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. See note22
