- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This requirement is set-aside for small business only. The NAICS Code for this synopsis/solicitation is 334510, Size Standard 500 employees. [If this changes to unrestricted needs to be resolicited on unrestricted basis IAW 19.502-2(a)] Solicitation/Purchase Request number F2KBAD6047A100 is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This document incorporates provisions and clauses that are in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular. The Government intends to award the following: (CLIN 0001) for Laser Protective Barrier Accessory material, sheet form 4ft x 8ft, sheet only, no other hardware. Kentek, Ever-Guard part #PT-EVGSHT 4X8 or equal. QUANTITY: 23 EA (CLIN 0002) for Acrylic Viewing Window for IR/Diode lasers, 24 x 24 x .140 inch, green color, OD 5+ @ 830 ? 1700, 10600nm VLT aprox 35% Tolerance plus/minus .125 inch. Kentek part # ACR-IR2M or equal. QUANTITY: 2 EA DESIRED DELIVERY DATE: NO LATER THAN 2 APR 06 FOB: DESTINATION. Inspection and acceptance: DESTINATION.
