- 347 Medical Group Clinical Psychologist. Assist in improving Individual Medical Readiness (IMR) posture through improved communications with each wing unit and flexible scheduling for each base organization. Contractor care shall also cover the range of services provided in a civilian medical treatment facility. Provide all tools, labor, management and supervision necessary to provide healthcare for the 347 Medical Group at Moody AFB, GA. Position needed include: 1 Clinical Psychologist. The solicitation number for this acquisition is FA4830-06-R-0011 and is issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP). This solicitation is 100% small business set-aside. The North American Industry Classification System code is 621330. The small business size standard is $6,500,000.00. The contract will be for a basic period upon award through 30 Sep 06 with four one-year options; the total contract period will not exceed five (5) years. This solicitation is a competitive RFP and award will be based on commercial procedures found in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12. Award will be made using Price-Performance Tradeoff in accordance with FAR Part 15. The evaluation factors will be past performance and price. The solicitation will be issued on or about 01 April 2006 and will be able to view and download on FedBizOpps website (www.fbo.gov). PAPER COPIES OF THE SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE MAILED.
