- 11th Contracting Squadron, 110 Luke Ave, Suite 200 Bolling AFB, DC 20032 will issue a solicitation RFQ for the replacing of 2 water circulating, the replacing of a condensation drip pan, the replacing of a fan in air handler unit and to test, adjust and balance HVAC systems on Bolling AFB, DC. This solicitation is 100% set aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business concerns. If no offers are received from Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business concerns, the solicitation will be open to all Small Business concerns. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 811310 and the small business size standard is $6,000.000. The entire solicitation F1A3B46025A1 will be made available on the Government Point of Entry (GPE), Fedbizops website at http://www.fbo.gov/ on or about 28 FEB 2006.
